Therapeutic massage is a wonderful way to support overall health and well-being.  Massage can be preventative in nature, and aid in injury rehabilitation.  Relieving stress and tension, it can help us return to an inner sense of peace and balance.  Massage increases body awareness,  bringing  attention to the ways we move and breathe,  how we are feeling, and what might make us feel better.   In a fast-paced world where experts estimate than upwards of 90% of disease is stress related, getting massage makes good health sense.
